Are We There Yet Project

Are We There Yet Project – Seniors on the move

In our community, we hold a deep reverence for our elders. They’ve contributed immensely to shaping the fabric of our neighborhood, enriching our lives with wisdom and experience. However, many of these cherished seniors face mobility challenges that restrict their ability to engage with friends, partake in community activities, and relish the simple joys of life. The Are We There Yet Project is a beacon of hope, aiming to alleviate these barriers by providing safe and reliable transportation services across Fryeburg and its surrounding towns.

The Mission:

At the heart of the Are We There Yet Project lies a noble mission: to ensure our seniors remain connected, engaged, and empowered. By acquiring a 13-passenger van, we seek to bridge the gap between our elderly population and the vibrant community they helped cultivate.

How You Can Make a Difference:

Purchase an Ad in the Bradley Park Concert Series Program:

  • Every contribution counts. By purchasing an ad in the Bradley Park Concert Series Program, you’re not just investing in advertising space – you’re investing in the well-being of our seniors. 100% of the proceeds from ad sales will be dedicated to the Are We There Yet Project, propelling us closer to our goal of enhancing mobility for our elders.

Make a Donation Directly:

  • If you prefer a more direct approach, stop by Fryeburg Recreation and make a donation in support of the Are We There Yet Project. Every dollar makes a difference and brings us one step closer to realizing our vision of inclusive transportation for seniors.

Follow Us on Facebook:

  • Stay updated and engaged with our cause by following us on Facebook. From fundraising events to project milestones, we’ll keep you informed on how you can contribute to this vital initiative. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change in our community.

Conclusion:

In closing, we extend our deepest gratitude to all who have already supported the Are We There Yet Project and invite others to join our cause. Your generosity and commitment to our community’s well-being exemplify the spirit of unity and compassion that defines us. For any inquiries or to learn more about how you can support our mission, please reach out to fryeburgcic@gmail.com.
